     - The service provided did not meet the specifications outlined in the agreement.
     - The service was not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe.
     - Technical issues or errors on our part that prevent the successful completion of the service.

2. Refund Procedure:
   - To request a refund, clients must submit a refund request in writing to support_issue@wimraw.com, providing detailed information about the reason for the refund.
   - Our team will review the request and may request additional information or documentation if necessary.
   - Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval.

3. Non-Refundable Services:
   - Certain services may be deemed non-refundable, including but not limited to:
     - Services that have been fully completed and delivered as per the agreement.
     - Services rendered where the client has caused delays or provided incorrect information leading to the inability to complete the service.
     - Customized or personalized services that cannot be resold.

4. Cancellation Policy:
   - If a client wishes to cancel a service before it has been completed, a refund may be issued based on the progress made and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
   - Cancellation requests must be made in writing to support_issue@wimraw.com.

5. Exceptions:
   - World IT and Media Research Analysis Wing reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and at our discretion.
